[s-cars] Sport Quattro Engine cut off at 4000 rpm

Frederic,

Great....I just received this now and you sent it on the 18th (or is
something wrong with your computer clock)?  Did you or Norbert do anything
to the engine before installing into the car?  Timing belt, for instance?
Possible off a tooth or two?  Is the fuel pump new or noisy -- Current draw
OK or excessive?  Old fuel?  I hope Norbert and the car were/are able to
participate at the Classic Le Mans....
