[s-cars] Mud Flaps needed

You can get the front mud flaps still and IIRC, you can use the
fronts on the rear with some slight modification. Check the
archives earlier this year, Igor and a few others talked quite
comprehensively on the subject.

Maybe James will come up with a link, I'm too lazy.
