[s-cars] DTC Code Help on 92 UrS4

Gents,
    Had 2 DTC's show up today after I saw my check engine light come on.  I hooked it up to my VAG-COM software w/ my 2x2 connector and saw:

00525 Oxygen Sensor (G39)
      03-10 - No Signal - Intermittent

Suspect need to replace O2 sensor??

00561 - Fuel Mixture Adjustment
     15-00 - Adaptation Limit (Add) Not Reached
