[s-cars] It is always something...this time it is the Stereo

Since each speaker has it's own amp, if the volume all
around is phasing up and down, the problem has to lie with
the head unit. The poteniometer that is controlled by the
volume stalk is often suspect, but it could be the preamp
in this case.
