[s-cars] Rear Caliper Seizing?

Another new noise....at low speeds from the rear passenger wheel, I'm
hearing a kind of tapping noise that occurs with each revolution of the
wheel.  It disappears during braking, will do further investigation but if
it is a caliper in the process of seizing, can anyone give some insight on
how to unseize? (other than a big red upgrade)
