[s-cars] Where is the charcoal canister?

Oh Great List Wisdom!

I'm chasing a low amplitude surge when the throttle is just cracked a little
above idle, like when driving down a gentle slope.  I also seem to get some
pressure in the gas tank so I suspect the charcoal canister or one of the
valve or hoses associated with it is plugged.  Any BTDT would be sincerely
appreciated -- including it's location!
