[s-cars] constant stumbles on S4

I have a constant stumble that has been bothering my car for some time
now. Now that it is getting hotter out it is progressively getting
worse.  The symptoms are as follows: slight misfire at all parts in the
rev band (more noticeable after 8psi) then it feels like complete power
loss after 12psi. The power also surges during the whole power band as
well. I think that it may be related to the mass air sensor. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
