[s-cars] Larger Intercooler ~ front mount GP (sort of) interest

I had both intensive and regular washer tanks, so I tried to use the main
one for WI and the intensive for my windshield. But since I only fed a line
into the main tank, I could have still used it for washers if I wanted to
pull the stalk instead of push the intensive washer button.
