Richard:  No, unfortunately,  its not a crush washer, its an O-ring.  You can
either get it in a kit,  026 198 049, with a bunch of  powersteering pump
O-rings or with a new X-plug with a new O-ring, 026 145 541.  You can also
source it as a metric size O-ring (made by ZF if possible) but that requires a
bunch of running around and good luck.  The 026 145 541 is probably the easiest
and most cost effective (unless you LIKE running around chasing $0.10 parts for
hours).
