Got a trip through Tokyo in a WRX STi a couple weeks ago. My
Japanese coworker wasn't at all shy about throttle application.
It scooted right along, though it felt less polished than an Audi.
It drivetrain noise reminded me a lot of the Ford Sierra XR4X4.
Nice car, though not my cup of tea.
