[s-cars] USA vs Euro Headlights for HID Application

I like cover. And I prefer the euro covers whatever is behind them.
For my $0.02 (actually $600), I like the 9006 HID conversion. The
Litek kit has no issues, and the improvement in lighting with HID lows
reduces the improvements from asymmetrical patterns and high wattage
bulbs. The roadside and signs really show up. Maybe they won't shine
in Yao's eyes at 40 paces, but isn't that the idea, anyway ? Put the
light on the road where these old eyes can use it. The bulbs are
manufactured by Phillips I think as 9006 bulbs and not grafted on as
some of the first were. The bulbs are readily available individually
also. I think they are the equal of my wife's '03 A4 factory HID's. I
just could not see $800 more to be gained from euros. My wife only
paid $500-installed.
