I played with all these toys extensively, and also determined that regardless
of "chips", the "RS2 pkg" should be done in concerto.  One can skip the RS2
exhaust cam and get the car running right, skip the RS2 FPR with RS2
everything else (turbo, manifold, FI, cam/no cam, MAF) , a 400hp S car will
drip HC from the exhaust, btdt. My experience too, is that the urs MAF will
run lean closed loop, but rich sooner (before open loop).  I concluded that
this was due to the "max flow" = max DC signal from the MAF to bigger
injectors.

A couple hundred hours into the why's and what's and dyno charges (a fraction
of it billable hours), I come to the same conclusion as Rob, RS2 package =
RS2 package (+/- cam).  Short any of it, costs more money to get right than
what you skipped in the package.
