[s-cars] Rattling Sunroof Control Cover

I have from our friend, Dave B., the remains of the Sunroof control
cover with nothing really salvageable except one working (melted on)
clip. If anyone needs the clip, because you want to affix it somehow to
a broken or lost clip location, I'll send it.

BTW, the sunroof switch does not seem to be removable from that panel,
huh?
