You'll be pleased to know it is now available in Camouflage at your
local BX.  The troops seem to half dress in the stuff sealing openings
against all manner of foreign substance.  Closer to salt water, the
preferred item was olive drab ordnance tape (100 mph tape ), used to
secure arming wires, pigtails, etc and repair all manner of BD from
single 37mm holes to complete elevators. :-)  I figure it will hold
that pesky cover in place.
