[s-cars] Brake Dust Shields Rubbing on slow sharp turns?

Gents,
	I know this is a piece of cake to address but want to find out if it is normal for my brake dust shields to rub on mine new ECS Stage II 314x30 rotors when turning the car sharply (pulling in the driveway and/or parking spot)  I have also gotten some brake squeal doing the same thing but at faster speeds.  Anyways going to bend the shields further away from the rotors when get home.
