[s-cars] Boost line tapping at drivers footwell?

In hardwiring my passport 8500 (Cody, I didn't need a coat hangar ;-), all
the panels came off and I could just lay the wire right in) I noticed a
green tube that looks identical to that which goes into the ECU.  Can you
tap a boost gauge here?
