Yes, you can. That's where I have tapped in my boost gauge.
I suggest you get a black plastic quick-disconnect "T" from McMaster.
The green tube O.D. is 5mm. I also bought a 1/8" female NPT x 1/8" tube
adapter for the gauge from McMaster.
