[s-cars] Chrome mirror HOUSING, not caps

One other thing.

I described the chrome mirror housings as "caps".
That is incorrect.  They are in fact replacement
chrome housings.  The entire old (pitted, sand
blasted, chipped) OEM painted housing is removed and
the new chome housing is installed.
