[s-cars] Clutch/Start Safety Switch

Just get rid of all slushbox cars in the family, and the 'normal'
behaviour comes with time..

Other than that, just run the starter lead from the ign.switch through a
NO switch located by the clutch pedal. (Like an old mechanical type
brake switch)
