New center section from Stromung (includes new cat)
solved my emissions problem. Passed this afternoon
with flying colors. Results for those who care

Looks like Mihnea was right about the leaky exhaust
fooling the O2 sensor lean and forcing the mixture
rich. Mileage is also up also.
