[s-cars] Eibach/Bilstein Install - HELP! Please

A plea for guidance forthcoming.

Started on the Eibach/Bilstein project this morning.  Measured front and
rear prior to starting.  Have not even started on the fronts so won't
belabor that and actually only did the rear driver's side.

Measurement with stock ~ 371mm*
Measurement with Bilstein/Eibach ~ 380mm*

*taken from top of wheel center hole to fender lip.

Now I did install the 10mm spacer ring, but even with that removed, I'm back
to where I started with the rancho look.  What am I missing?  Clearly the
ring has to go, but...no drop at all!!??  Will the suspension settle that
much after driving?

Note, I did do the greased tile thing to ease the suspension in place.
