Hi Frank;
I'll send you my flush .pdf for your perusal.
The quick fix for latching is easy - make up a jumper with male spade ends,
remove the fog light relay, and jumper terminals 30 and 87. The latching
will be fixed, the fog lights will come on whenever the headlights are on
and you push the fog light switch, and the fog lights will no longer turn
off automatically when you turn on the high beams.

Subject: [s-cars] Hydraulic fluid flushing & high beam latch procedure
Greetings all,
First off, I am still about 200 list email in arrears. So, my apologies if
I owe you a response (or if I will owe you a respnse) and you have yet to
see it. It will come.
In the meantime, I will be flushing and filling the hydraulic system (the
full procedure, not just turning the steering wheel lock to lock twenty
times) on my UrS this Saturday. I have the procedure printed out
(somewhere, doh!), but would kindly appreciate it if someone could forward
the latest and greatest procedure my way?? Bitte. Also, any gotchas that I
should be aware of.
Next, The Pederwagon is all Euroed, HIDed, harnessed, etc.. Sadly, he has
the high-beam latch condition. What is the easiest way to fix this? I know
there have been several solutions, but I remember a simple one that called
for jumping one of the under dash relays?
