[s-cars] sunvisor removal?

Anyone have any btdt experience with the removal of the drivers side
sunvisor? Something's loose in the lighted mirror part. Sure doesn't want to
budge from the left swingy post. I thought I remember many years back(6+)
from the mother list, Steve ???? V8/Ur-q guy from California doing a write
up specifically addressing this issue. No such luck on UrS4.com. Thanks for
any help guys.
