[s-cars] Re: upper and lower Door trim pricing

I have read that you can use the A6/S6 trim but it requires modifying
the trim slightly and using double sided tape. If you are familiar with
Tom Saltino's S6plus conversion you know what I am talking about. I
asked him what he did and this was his response.

"There is an extra row of tabs on the later trim that I just cut off.
The remaining tabs line up perfectly.  Then on the ends there are small

screws that hold the ends down.  These do not line up here so you have
to work thata little too.  I used 3M two sided tape.  Still holding!"

I will check on Monday to see if they will include the A6/S6 trim in
the GP.
