[s-cars] 95.5 S6 Climate Control Illumination

The 95.5 S6 climate control lighting intensity correlates with the fan speed
in my car.

At low fan speeds, the unit is underilluminated, at higher fan speeds it
matches the rest of lighting well.

Is this normal? How can I make the illumination constant?
