Dan,

Common wisdom indicates:
Only work on a very cooled down engine
Be sure to use new copper washers
Cover the line-filter interfaces with a absorbant rag, as the gas line pressure will push out fuel until pressure reduces.
Wear saftey goggles, gas masks, use EPA approved work space, observe all OSHA rules, blah blah.
Make sure the orientation of the filter is correct . (Arrow indicates flow)
Reverse instructions for installation , YMMV now.

Enjoy the beer when complete.

Listeners: I am going to replace the fuel filter on my 95.5 S6 for the
first time. Other than just unbolting the old and reinstalling the new
one, is there anything unusual that I should be aware of before starting
this procedure? Any BTDTs

TIA

Dan
95.5 S6
