[s-cars] HELP. No A/C

Hi,

I already posted this but got no answer. I had my A/C recharged by the
dealer but still get no cold air. The dealer says it’s a flap motor
problem. The HVAC says I have static block on Center Flap and Air flow
Flap. Now, I have two questions:
- When the Center Flap is blocked in closed position (no air from dash
vents), can it block the cold air too.
- The Bentley says the Air Flow Flap is not installed on US/Canadian
model. Is this true, even for the S6.
By the way, I’ve refurbished the Temperature Flap motor two month ago
and it’s working properly now, based on the channel 08 on HVAC. I’ve
also checked the recirculation flap and it also works. AFAIK, there is
only one Recirc flap, which we can access by removing the plenum and
sliding the hand in the air intake. Is that right?

Any help appreciated. I don’t want to send my car to the dealer to
repair something which do not exist. And I can’t do anything else if I
don’t know where to look. I’m really puzzled... and hot.
