[s-cars] HIDs & the idiot light

I measured my "in-rush" current on start-up at 11amps, the fuse is good for 10amps but since this is "in-rush" only and for a very very short period I have had no issues to date and have not replaced my fuse.

Phil:
I have installed a pair of aftermarket HID bulb/ballast to my 92S4.
When power supply for the HID is taken directly from the low beam
wiring then no "bulb out indicator is triggered". However I need to
upgrade the fuse of the low beam with a higher capacity by 5amp to
prevent blowing out of the fuse (sometime) during initial start-up of
the HID (due to higher current draw during start-up).
