[s-cars] Washer fluid leak - it's a big leak!

Hello all!

Saturday I stopped for gas and finally got around to re-filling my
washer fluid bottle (it had been flashing for a couple days).
As I finished pouring in the last of the fluid I became aware of the
sound of fluid pouring out onto the ground. Within minutes all of the
windshield washer fluid had leaked out on the ground.

 I haven't had time to start digging to see where this is leaking, Is
there a known problem?
