[s-cars] 2 green lights in the instrument cluster

What are these 2 lights?  My 95.5 manual does not show them.  They always c=
ome and go together, so it probably would be better to call them a single l=
ight with pictorial looking like 2 green light sources.  You see them when =
you are first starting the car.

Yesterday during a downpour, everything in the car was turned on - AC, ligh=
ts, wipers on high, radio.  The car stalled, restarted and died again 1/2 m=
ile later.  These 2 lights came on and stayed on, even with the ignition ke=
y removed.  Cranking, but does not catch.  After about a 15-minute wait, it=
 started, and went home limping   Check panel showed OK all this time.

Any suggestions?
