Listeners:  Recently, I purchased 5 Spark Plug Connectors/Rubber Boots
from Scott of SJM Autotechnik for my 95 S6.  During the installation, 1
of the 5 just did not snap into place like the other 4 did.  Although it
looked fine, it just didn't seem right.  I sent Scott an e-mail telling
him about the questionable fit of the Connector.  Within a short period
of time, he replied that a new one was on the way and that there would
be a self-addressed stamped envelope included to send the questionable
back.  He did not hesitate in making it right, nor did he question my
assessment of the Connector.  Being the first time I have ever dealt
with Scott and considering it was over the "Net", I am really impressed
with his responsiveness and great service.  In addition to his good
customer service, he also {as most of you already know} provides a
wealth of information via his web site.
