[s-cars] Door Trim GP - confirmations sent out

I just finished sending each person that asked to be included on the
door trim GP I am trying to pull together an email.

This email either confirming what they want and their total before
shipping costs OR if they haven't said what they wanted asking for
their order.

If you did not receive this email it is probably because I do not have
you on my list of interested people. This is your last chance to join
the GP, after this email all communication will be off the S-car list.
