[s-cars] Hydraulic Pump Leak

My hydraulic pump is leaking at the x-plug located on
the top. Is there an o-ring that can be replaced under
it? Does it screw in or is it pressed in? What is the
best tool to use to remove or tighten this plug. Any
and all help, as always will be deeply appreciated.
