1. Park your car until you can do the belt, you _don't_ want it to snap!
(even if it seems OK upon a visible inspection, a 150'kms/nine year old
belt is not worth trusting your 32 valves and 8 pistons!!
2. Read nr. 1.
3. Ignore the little puff of smoke at startup, when it smokes after (or
during!) a long downhill engine-braking and throttle reapply, you might
reconsider doing the tops..
4. The 4.2 is known to use some oil, and I wouldn't bother doing
anything to an engine that doesn't leave blue trails when driving
normally.
Frederic had to de-head his S6+, he might have some numbers for at least
that procedure.
