[s-cars] Euro/HID Upgrade for '95 S6

I received my HID upgrade today and my Euros are arriving on Thursday so I am
all set to do a Euro/HID upgrade on my Avant this Labor Day weekend.

Besides following the included instructions, any feedback about component
location and installation problems and ways around them would be greatly
appreciated. A link to a write-up on the web would also be great!

I'll let everyone know how everything turns out.
