Seems shops apply the 80/20 rule when making decisions on remuneration for
their F'ups figuring that 80% will not take it the next step.  My situation
with Curry's Auto Service (Failed Strut Mount) IS going to the next step.
What is an additional $50 for filing small claims papers after all when I am
in the hole ~ $1K at the end of the day.
