Actually, I think every car comes with the mounting "bracket" for the heater 
switches. There is a cover over the whole thing (the black piece that the 
lighter is poking through), pry it off with a putty knife and see if the holes for 
the seat heater switches and the plugs are behind the plate, maybe someone 
swapped out the face plate and all you need are the switches.

Or, better yet, may the switches are there and you just need a new face 
plate!

In any case, if your car is missing the mounting bracket for the switches, 
send me an email, I have an extra.
