[s-cars] Curious about rear seat heater

I have an early 93 car as well and it doesn't have the rear seat heaters.
It's a Canadian car and strange that of all cars not to have the seat
heaters they would choose the Canadian ones.  The owners manual that came
with the car is a '92 and shows them. Strange!
