My '92 S4 is still for sale.  It is great looking with all the 1992 goodies 
(ABS switch, suspension, etc...) with 12K on tranny, under 20K on new 12lb. 
alum. flywheel, new OEM clutch, and "Big Reds" with newer pads. New rear 
pads, new tires, MM 16" wheels, tinted windows, new waterpump, T-belt @ 90K, 
newer CJ joints, newer trim pieces, and a few other small things.

The upgrades: the alum. flywheel of course, I have the 270HP ASW chip with 
an Apexi programable boost controller, upgraded wastegate and blow-off 
valve, brighter bulbs up front, the Porsche 993TT front brakes, clear side 
lamps, and I think that is it.

This is the beautiful dark green with charcoal intertior in great condition. 
  It is just under 131K and the engine runs great, especially since it has 
over 300HP right now and a new tranny, flywheel, and clutch.  I am asking 
$10,300 for it right now.  Let me know if anyone is interested.
