[s-cars] Snow tire advice

may not be best for WV, where they are always going around a mountain, 
whether up or down.  I may be best to put the good tread on the 
downhill side.  I'm surprised thats not how they wore down in use.  :-)
Concerning previous comments, I don't see how we got to the point that 
every disagreement in policy or honest statement of common sense has 
become a political commentary.   Besides, it can't be a political 
statement in WV if the Hon Robert Byrd isn't quoted.
I'm equally disappointed that someone who sends yahoo commercials with 
every email would complain.
I know the administration is intolerant of such barbs, but I did not 
think much bothered the Pizzoman, considering the company he keeps. :-)
