Bob just answered that question for me.... smoking an Audi or an
Evo in a straight line is not that difficult if you know how to drag
race and bring appropriate (but much cheaper) hardware to the line.

Oh really? does this EVO I am giong up against have any mods?? I would
hope 
so because in comparing the EVO with the STi the STI is ALWAYS faster in
a 
straight line. My car is dead even with the STi from 0-100. = my car
faster 
than a stock EVO. Though I don't mind a challenge.
