[s-cars] Looks like Haps' RAIS has some competition...

At the One Lap, we beat them and sometimes they beat us.  I was at 320
to the ground.  Dollar for dollar on mod's I suspect that eventually
they would be the clear winners, 10 years of suspension and engine
development has to account for something.
