[s-cars] Cleaning Alcantera?

A friend of mine has purchased a 2000 S4tt for a very attractive 
price.  The only downside is that it is high mileage and has a few minor 
problems - a few dents, some stained Alcantera, and a few dents in the back.

Does anyone (Freddy? Bob?) know of a good way to clean up the Alcantera suede?

Only 18 days until I see my S4 again! :-D
