[s-cars] Winter blade recommendation...now lifting

I actually think its not the springs to blame, but the lower cast metal
portion of the arm. I had the same symptoms you describe on my '92 100S
(lift at the far left of the windshield). After trying repeatedly to bend
the upper portion of the arm to solve the problem with no success, I ordered
a new driver side arm. When comparing the new to the old, I noticed a
definite "bow" to the base of the old arm versus the new. The new arm solved
the problem, and also alleviated a "chatter" issue I had.
