[s-cars] MS update and bug report

Steve,

I get those rather often. MSFT doesn't go out of its way to get patches to
me, so I just delete them.

I figure the friendly people sending me these things probably want to clean
up my hard disk...you know, delete all my files, send my quicken files to a
thousand closest friends, forward a copy to everyone in my address book.

Just more spam.
