[s-cars] buggered wheel bolt

last night, i discovered that one of the wheel bolts was badly stripped.
i knew something was up when my IR 2131 impact wrench had trouble turning
it, even at full blast.  i had to work it out with a breaker bar.

it must have happened when i had a flat repaired earlier this year.  the
tire monkey probaby used an impact wrench to put the bolt in.

the bolt is pretty messed up, but i'm more worried about the threads in
the hub (rear right corner).  there's a lot of metal in there, and i'm not
sure if the hub is damaged.  i'm trying to find a 14mm x 1.5 tap, without
any luck.

if the threads are damaged, i'd have to helicoil them, and i don't think
it'll be easy to find a 14mm x 1.5 insert.

ugh.
