wow, that's almost as ugly as the guy who ran a container of bbs through

So it seems that dropping a valve on a 10vt is fairly common... and it
can be either the intake or exhaust.

If I remember correctly, you were running 40mm NG intake valves right? 
Since you dropped your exh. valve at least we can conclude(?) that the
reduced valve seat area required for the bigger valves doesn't make the
assembly any weaker than the stock exhaust valve....

Let us know if you discover anything else that would indicate the cause
of failure...
