You have to go into the trunk, pull down the carpet lining the
forward wall of the trunk, and push in on the headrest guides.
They stick through.  Push in and up, then you can pull the guides
out from the rear seat.  Then the rear seat will come out.

I pretty much ruined a headrest guide trying to get it out before
I figured this out.  I've got a new one ready to go in next time
I feel like taking the seat out again.
