With, or without the bumper support?
To remove the cover WITH the aluminum inner "bumper" support still in it, if
I recall correctly,
1. It can probably be done without, but I would suggest you jack the front
end of the car up far enough, and put it on jack stands so that you can
easily access & remove the "sound control" under tray, if it is still on
your car.
2. remove the three (3) front snap in lower bumper shroud grills;
3. From under the bumper, @ 18" or so to either side of the center of the
car, at where the two 5mph piston/rams hold the bumper to the front of the
car, you should find two holes through which you can access the longish (@
2" or so) Allen head bolts that hold the bumper assembly to the chassis;
4. You will need a 6mm Allen wrench or drive with at least 3" or so inches
of shaft to reach the above bolts. Undo and remove the bolts;
5. Go around the front fender wells & undo the plastic "arrow" nut/bolts
that tie the bumper cover to the wheel well liners;
6. Pop the corner clips free and pull the bumper cover & aluminum support
back off the front of the car.
Removal of the cover from the aluminum support once both are off the car is
another matter.
