[s-cars] Euro Headlight questions...

I saw the Euro assemblies on a listers car and am sorry I missed out on the 
GP!

Ok, my question for this evening is, what is needed with the Euro headlight 
assemblies? I see Alex has them, as well as Blau. I have heard that the units 
are plug and play, and the plugs work with our cars from other listers, but 
Blau has a wiring kit they say you need with the lights. 

So are they plug and play, or do I need the wiring kit? Is the wiring kit for 
HID lights? I was looking in the archives and saw a post to that effect...

Any help would be appreciated, I need to get the S4 a Christmas present!
